I wasted quite a bit of time today on two layouts I'm not really crazy about.

One which features the character who actually inspired the domain name, in an episode in which she actually acts a bit like a vicious trollop — it looks pretty lame, although I think the image is probably doubly funny if you have no idea who Emily Gilmore is.

And one which features the concept I had in mind originally, but I really, deeply hate this particular image. I wanted legs dangling off my border thingy... but that really will not do.

So there's a bit of progress. Preferences? Bugs? Other ideas? (The lattermost will be especially appreciated.)

Oh, and pay no mind to the actual text currently posted... There's a bit of a French syllabus and links that, naturally, lead nowhere. Though it does serve as a taste of things to come. (Moments of Being = diary entries which I will continue to cross-post here; Ramble On = blog-style idiocy like such which no one cares about but I cannot help posting; and The Life Cinematic replacing my existing movie blog.) Right.

Oh, and, just for kicks, a bunch of badly-layouted pictures of an abbreviated Cranium session tonight and some random experimentation with the new digicam (Simon) last week. Enjoy.

(I polished off my Pucker tonight with nothing to show for it, but it is good to know someone was able to put my whiskey to better use than I'm willing to. Blech.)
