so this isn't going to be, like, an intellectually deep entry or anything. just be forewarned.

actually, i think i'm too giddy to even describe the scene or my mood right now. everyone reading this who really matters knows what happened. we got the palace. lani is my savior, and josh my hero. so very yay.

how hard is next year gonna rock? my favorite people on campus in one room and down the hall. our room is beautiful. i really can't wait. every day from now until the end of the year, i'm going to look up at that window and grin like the great big dork i am. will we ever get any work accomplished?

other things probably happened today. i really don't remember them. i may be back after i get some actual work accomplished. a very rare short entry from me...

okay, i'm back and a bit more composed. i decided i'd come back here rather than allow such a short entry. it's just wrong.

i am just as happy as a ferret in the sun right now, i tell you. i'm the kind of person who likes to have everything planned out, and right now things couldn't be any more planned, and the plan couldn't be any better. i know where i'm living next year, and it's with three incredibly awesome gals in a freakin' palace. i know where i'm working for the summer, and it's with a good friend in a fun environment. i know what i'm taking next year (the big obsession) as the new course schedules came out yesterday, and it most likely looks something like this:

so that's all set. family is good, friends are good, washington dc is quickly approaching... really, what more can i ask for right now? i am one happy little ferret.

plus it was chinese buffet night for my little corner of elsie newton third floor. life is good.
